\nThis sitemap lists every public page on Mug Loft in one place, followed by a plain-language guide to how the shop is organised and what each section and policy covers. The list just below updates automatically when pages and mug shelves are added; mug shelves appear in it once they have products to show. If you are looking for something specific and cannot find it, email support@mugloft.com.
\nMug Loft sells printed mugs and nothing else, so the shop is arranged around two simple questions: what kind of mug do you want, and who is it for? You can start from either one. The main menu at the top of every page follows the same structure: “All Mugs” for shopping by mug type, “By Theme” for shopping by person and occasion, plus direct links to Gift Sets, Personalized mugs and Help. On a phone, the same menu opens from the three-line icon in the top left corner.
\nA mug can sit on more than one shelf. A 15 oz funny mug for a father appears under 15 oz Big Mugs, Funny Mugs and Mugs for Dad, so you will find it whichever route you take.
\nCart, checkout and account pages are personal to you, so they are not listed in search engines.
\nThe magnifying-glass icon in the header searches mug names and descriptions. Short searches work best: “teacher”, “latte”, “enamel”, “15 oz” or a word from the design you remember.
\nThe footer at the bottom of every page repeats the main shelves, every help page and every policy, so you are always one click away from the answer, wherever you are on the site.
\nIf a page you expect is not here, or a link does not work, please tell us at support@mugloft.com. We fix broken links quickly and we are glad when customers point them out.

New designs are added to the shelves as they are ready, and seasonal shelves such as Holiday Mugs fill up ahead of their season. A shelf that is still being stocked shows a short note instead of products and is kept out of search engines until it has mugs to show, so you never land on an empty page from a search. When a design is retired, its page is removed and it disappears from every shelf at the same time.
\nIf you are buying a present, these pages answer the questions that matter most for gifts. The Help Center has an order-by guide that suggests how far ahead to order for birthdays, Mother’s and Father’s Day, the end of the school year, Valentine’s Day and the winter holidays. The Shipping & Delivery page explains how to send a mug straight to the recipient while keeping the tracking emails for yourself. The Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how a recipient can swap a mug within 60 days of delivery without involving you. And the Cancel or Change an Order page is the place to fix a name before printing, within 24 hours of ordering.
\nBuying an enamel camp mug for a hiker, camper or van-lifer? Start on the Enamel Camp Mugs shelf, read the care notes on the listing, and check the Mug Size Guide section on outdoor coffee for how enamel behaves with boiling water.

\nThis page lists the public pages people are likely to look for. A machine-readable version for search engines is available at /wp-sitemap.xml; it lists the same public pages, plus mug shelves and products once they are published. Pages that are private to you, such as your cart, checkout and account, are deliberately left out of both. Mug Loft, 148 S Wisconsin St, Burlington, WI 53105, US.
